Came to Mustards Grill for dinner. It was highly recommended. Reservations were simple to make and we were seated right away upon arrival. Each dish we ordered was absolutely delightful. My boyfriend and I split everything. The Famous Mongolian Pork Chop came out perfectly seasoned. The portion was just enough for us because we also had a Garden Salad to accompany the whole. In addition, we had the Crispy Calamari, curried slaw, Fresno chilies and corn bread. I could have had the calamari as a meal. What a pleasing culinary experience!!! Loved it and will come back for more. The service was great. Our server didn't rush us and was attentive and friendly. It was big enough, and a lot of people were seated. The noise level was medium and to be expected based on the seating arrangement. They had faint music playing (80's music-which we enjoy). I would have liked it to be a notch or two louder to mute out conversations. We sat at a 2-person table right in the pathway to the kitchen and bar. My chair kept getting bumped by every server that walked by. I somewhat (I still got bumped) fixed it when my chair was pushed in and I was up against the table. Other than that, it was a nice dining experience. Requesting another table wasn't an option because they had a full house. (The thought crossed my mind. We enjoyed a walk through their garden. It was photo worthy (selfies included). If you're in Napa or have time to enjoy a wonderful drive through wine country, this is definitely worth the trip. I am looking forward to going back.

Mustards Grill is a Californian restaurant in Napa Valley. It is known for its upscale Californian-New American fare. The menu features a wide variety of dishes that are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. It has a low-key atmosphere. This makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family. Overall, Mustards Grill is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to eat in Napa Valley, I highly recommend checking it out. I was able to have the wine flights built to include a mix of Napa wines. My meatloaf dish tasted great and Hanna was a very courteous server. It was founded in 1983 by Christopher and Cindy Bradley. It has been featured in numerous publications, including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and Bon Appetit. It has won numerous awards, including the James Beard Award for Best Restaurant in America. It wasn't extremely busy on a Sunday late afternoon in late July. I'm glad I came here. I wanted to see a little bit more of the Napa history.

Stopped by this American diner type restaurant for dinner on a short trip to Napa due to many many recommendations by friends and family. Our reservations was for 8 for 10 people. We showed up at 7:40 and was told to wait outside. We went for a stroll in the nice little farm right by the parking lot. Our table was ready around 8:15 or so but to our surprise, we sat at two tables next to each others. So all the guys sat at a table for four and the wives and two kids at a table for 6. I had the Pinot flight which was a nice option to try two local Pinots and one French one. We also got the onion rings side dish for appetizers. Really thinly cut onions deep fried with a tomatoes and apple ketchup. It was different and we devoured it. The other guys ordered a couple of coktails. Gimlet, old fashioned and Bloody Mary. The old fashioned was full of ice which was not to our liking but the gimlet and Bloody Mary were great. I got their signature Mongolian pork chop since everyone raves about it. Ordered it medium and it comes with mashed potatoes. Surprisingly our food arrived very early and unfortunately my pork chop was very cold. At that point I was way too hungry and didn't make a fuss about it and ate it. Although it was cold, it was cooked well and was tender. We skipped the dessert. The server was in a rush at the beginning but then relaxed abit and was very friendly. The bus boys are all super nice and courteous. The location is very nice and right across a nice vineyard.... Ambience 5/5, service 4/5, food was 4/5.

We stopped in here for lunch while doing a few winery tastings in the area. It's a great lunch spot. We started off with the calamari which was lightly fried and so flavorful. It was topped with a slaw that contained a curry dressing which was a very unique touch but paired really well with the calamari. It added a nice pop! For my entree, I ordered one of the daily specials which was the lamb burger. It was topped with a fancy lettuce, olives, and feta cheese, the perfect Mediterranean flavor profile. Served medium with a side of fries- it was a knockout. My wife ordered the adult grilled cheese and crab cakes and split it with our friend. It was a perfect lunch for two ladies. Crab cake was fresh and just to die for. They also had great things to say about the adult grilled cheese served with a side salad of fresh greens. This place is like an upscale diner with plenty of tasty options as well as a plethora of wines and cocktails.
